Our pledge. We aim to action valid takedown requests within 24 hours. We may ask for evidence (proof of rights, identity) before final removal, but the listing will be hidden from search in the meantime.
Use this form if you are:
- A copyright owner whose photographs or descriptions appear without permission;
- A database-rights holder under EU Directive 96/9/EC;
- A landlord or agency whose personal data (phone, email) appears in a listing and you want it masked or removed;
- A user reporting that a listing is fraudulent, expired, or otherwise misleading.
